Other/Yard waste: She did not know about the stickers for yardwaste. She thugh you only had to have the bags. She has 3 bags & 2 stickers, Could we pick up today before the rain? If not can we pick up tomorrow? She now knows to put stickers on the bags.
Missed pick-up/recyling: Recycling is in 2 trash cans.
SW Corner of 2nd & Hawthorne the trees are over the sidewalk and need to be trimmed. Believes these to be private trees, not in the City's right of way.

TOILETS ARE DRAINING VERY SLOWLY
Yard has not been cut. Ranch style house with "For Rent" sign in yard; going south off 2nd St. on Eastside, it's the first house on the left going south.
Residents leaving trash out for 2-3 weeks at a time in the 600 block of S. Eastside Dr. There is a white Volvo parked on the street (in front of house) which has been on 3 wheels for approx. 2 weeks.
Concerned that the neighborhood zone parking sign in front of this address is hidden by trees, and therefore more people are parking illegally. Thanks for your help.
