Fence for this property (or maybe 1125) is protruding too far into the public alley. Mr. Fleetwoods tenants need to access this alley to exit the property, and that need will become more urgent as the 3rd/5th/Adams construction begins. This fence makes the alley inaccessible.
Zucchini Prints is running a sweat shop producing mouse pads at this address (address may not be correct it is just north of 627 N. Morton). They keep blocking the alley with a fork-lift. Mr. Titus wants someone to check if they are allowed to have this shop here. He has contacted BPD about the blocking of the alley.
Alleys bordered by 2nd, Howe, Euclid and Maple very overgrown, scratching caller's car. Sidewalk from 511(?) Euclid south to 2nd has lots of overgrowth: "A handicapped person couldn't get by there."
AT THE CORNER OF WALKER & SMITH STREET THERE IS A VACANT HOUSE THAT HAS BRANCHES IN THE YARD AND BROKEN GLASS. THERE ARE RODENTS GOING IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE. CALL BACK WITH STATUS , CAN ALSO LEAVE MESSAGE WITH HIS WIFE KATHY.
On the sidewalk from Highland going west there is a semi-permanent basketball goal installed on the sidewalk.
Sidewalks on Adams from Woodhill north to the end of the neighborhood and on W. Allen from Adams 1/2 way to Larkspur and very over grown with weeds and brush.
The dealership regularly parks a delivery trailer on Burks Street. It blocks visibility for vehicles approaching Old SR 37 and for vehicles turning off of Old SR 37.
