There is an lot located directly accross the street from 4415 E. Janet Drive that has been under construction for 2 years. The grass is 4-5 feet tall and there are sand piles everywher.

Mr. Koontz called T&D and said that his wife was driving on the alleys at 420 E. Kirkwood (behind McDonalds's) and did a lot of damage to her car.

Caller complained that church had put up temporary signage, and that signage, along with the financier's sign and the builders sign was very unattractive, and wanted to know if that was permitted.

This complaint was left on voice mail by Becci Brock, Risk Management Dept. She received a phone call from a citizen that stated there is a line of sight problem in the east/west alley between 15th/16th Streets as you come out onto Dunn Street. The alley is overgrown with bushes and shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic. She did not state which corner had the problem.
