Trash, vacuum cleaners, other items in back yard. Neighbor has complained that raccoons are bringing the trash into their yards. Landlady has given permission to go onto property. Also check sewer cleanout cap on N/Side, ceiling siding near front entry, and grass length.
Trash in yard and driveway - 20 bags of trash, pile of mulch has been on driveway for over a year.
The grass is very tall espically in the back yard and there are several brush piles in the yard as well.
