Trash scattered all over the yard of the house at the corner of Mitchell and the Hunter foot path. Trash is visible from the path. It is a disgrace. Please, send out an inspector. Thanks!

Kathleen Peters called today (1/18) to complain about her neighbor's trash at 118 N. Hillside. She said she has waited 3 weeks (4 trash pick ups, including today) to report this. Apparently their trash bins have now fallen over and trash is blowing around in the wind and getting soggy from the rain.
