Received report from BPD of illegal dumping at Kleindorfer's Hardware. BPD was given vehicle plate number which came back to Beverly K. Feldmann at 1036 W. 6th St. Officer Neely included a copy of a piece of mail recovered from the dumpster.
piles of trash, accumulated, all along house, particularly the north side
snow and ice accumulation, slippery, never cleared away, makes for dangerous passage
continuous problem, party debris, cups, broken bottles,torn trash bags which animals are getting into.
8 ft high snow piles from plows, may be the city
sidewalks have not been cleared on 11th street up to jackson and all of the crestmont community.
Snow has not been cleared around the public library.
The house across from 823 N. Maple has trash sitting out front.
