There is desperate need for a crosswalk/stop signs in front of E Graham Pl., on Henderson St. There is a bus stop across the street and people obviously need to cross to get to it, but the cars don’t ever slow down and it is extremely hazardous getting to the bus stop. Please help, thanks.

It is very hard right now to cross from bikes or walking across east third. The crossing at third and Smith is not well marked and has no crossing signal. We bike on Longview Greenway but are feeling concerned with the car focused development just approved by planning commission. We need safe biking and walking and reasonable vehicular congestion. Please help and don't punt this off as a state issue after you narrowed east third while massively increasing density. Those are fine but do so in a way that keeps neighborhood safe and still connected to town.

Left turns are increasingly dangerous at 3rd and Smith and 10th and Smith. We are very concerned with these particularly with new proposed east side development. Please let us know how traffic and particularly traffic safety concerns will be addressed with these city approved projects. The state may do roads but the city needs to coordinate and plan appropriately. Will there be a light on Morningside and 3rd with the new entrance across the way? That would help with bike and pedestrian crossing. A crosswalk and left turn lane on third and Smith? A left turn on Smith and 10th? These are real needs. And why does Ron Smith refuse emails and other messages from his constituents and neighbors? He persistently ignores anything controversial.

On the NW corner of Dunn and 4th St the distinct squared out curb (rather than rounded) is very hard to miss hitting with your tires, when turning right from southbound Dunn onto westbound 4th St, especially if there is a vehicle at the stop sign going eastbound on 4th St. It is necessary to swing wide turning right in order to avoid hitting that curb. That 90degree curb shown this happens regularly as it is a bit broken and covered in black from being hit with tires. Very hard on tires!

At the intersection between Greenbriar Ln and Locust street there are always multiple vehicles parked on the side of the curb, that affects seriously the visibility and the safety of the street (Greenbriar Ln). The owner of the vehicle resides at 2008 E Greenbriar Ln. I hope a better and safer solution could be found regarding the parking situation. Thank you

The 3 acre building for sale by switchyard park off the b-line is consistently overgrown with weeds/bushes/shrubs/etc. also there is always a ton of trash/clothes/backpacks/etc. surrounding the area. there is a overfilled trash dumpster and trash all around the dumpster. This is a huge eyesore on an otherwise nice park. Please make the owners maintain thier property as required by city ordnance! Would make this area a ton nicer!

At the following addresses, the clearance space above the sidewalk surface and the bottom of the tree canopy is quite a bit lower than the eight feet stipulated in Section 12.24.040(2) of Bloomington’s Municipal Code. The low bottom of the tree canopy at these addresses blocks the sidewalk and represents a safety hazard for pedestrians and runners. Could you please look into this issue? Thank you!
