Please start having homeowners have to fix sidewalks. It's part of owning property. And that obligation has been neglected in many older areas. City needs to notify and provide guidance. Thank you.
Blocked road to the right due to construction. Out to the left is untenable travel for wheelchairs blocking my entire access to the Bloomington community violating the ADA with no safe way to access my needs and leaving me stranded at home until the project is completed. Am considering litigation

Kilroys blocking sidewalk. Maybe 20” clear. This has happened multiple times before. Fine them. Let me know what happens. 4/4/24 : Added a dividing line to the sidewalk and notifed KOK staff. Nothing should cross over the line. Line will be managed by COB.

Used drug needles have been thrown in my yard. How do I dispose of these and is there any city government agency that cleans this up. They are located on the Woodlawn side of the property.
