one of the restaurants in the alley next to Btown diner has been dumping their fryer oil in the alley. I spoke with Monroe County Health (Sylvia Garrison) about this problem. She is going to contact the restaurants on 6th between Walnut and College. Garrison stated that Street Department pressure washed the alley after her last inspection and that helped a great deal.

Mr. Lenahan called to report major flooding at the corner of Hillside & S. Madison behind the Community Kitchen (closest cross point to reference). He says that the intakes seem to be stuck.
He would like to be updated consistently as the project progresses.

The NO TURN ON RED sign at 3rd & Rogers (while traveling north) is not visible at night. Very difficult to read until you turn.
