The corner of Moores Pike and Claris currently has flashing Yellow lights to help pedestrians cross Moores Pike. Drivers view yellow lights as a call to speed up not Stop. I walk there frequently but cars seldom slow or stop Sometimes the cars speed up, either to beat the light or to run over me. Perhaps it would help to change the lights to red which means Stop. Or install a regular stop light. Also, at the Southeast corner of Hillside Dr and College Mall Rd. The crossing light turns on when the vehicles turn right from Sare Rd onto Hillside Dr. This is very dangerous for the pedestrian since the corner is not visible to the cars turning right. People speed out of RCA Park (and this has happened after criminal activity as well), so can traffic calming devices such as speed bumps please be considered? There are deer in the area, plus lots of kids moving into Osage Place.

Traffic using the stretch of South Park Ridge Rd between Morningside Drive and E 46 is consistently traveling at a very high rate of speed. This has always been an issue and now compounded with additional traffic utilizing this pass due to the temporary closure of E46 and Smith Rd. Attempting to back out of my driveway safely has become a real problem as there is a slight curve north of my driveway which creates a bit of a blind spot. Wondering if there can be some sort of traffic calming structures, caution lights or something that will help deter the speed of the traffic through this stretch. Thank you.
