I know you guys have been working on this issue but seriously this is gone on for too long now! It’s been 3 weeks since I 1st reported this loud obnoxious generator noise 24/7 for over a month now! If I could afford to just up and move me and my kids I would because I’ve had it with this noise waking my kids up every single night! My kids bedroom is closest to the road so the noise is pretty much in their room with them. But even with my room bein on the opposite side it’s still even loud enough I can hear it clear as ever in my room.. If all the people that live there work there’s no reason they all haven’t put their money together and got the power back on a long time ago or better yet just paid the damn bill to begin with so it wasn’t shut off! I’m sorry but I’m just beyond fed up over this!

Only touching base to see if by any chance any recent updates have been made on the loud generator everyday and night for over a month now almost 2 months actually. Because it still has not slowed down use of the generator nor has it stopped at all. Just wanted to check in on this on going issue. Thank you and again sorry to be such a nag.

Hello, I would like to give feedback on some unfortunate observations recently on Kirkwood Avenue and the surrounding streets. This took place last Friday evening around 8:30. We took a stroll after dinner to walk around the downtown area, and it was the first time in 20 years of living here, I felt unsafe. I witnessed people doing drugs, drinking on the street, and what appeared to be a drug deal, right on Kirkwood. I have to say I have come to expect public intoxication from college age students, but I think the police do a very good job of handling those cases. The people involved in the activities I mentioned are not college students. Most looked like they could be homeless or struggling in some way. I understand there is no easy solution. These people need therapy, but they have to be willing to try to improve their lives. I'm not advocating arresting the people. I do think a stronger police presence is needed in these busy areas. I'd recommend posting cadets or others in uniforms strategically in the area. Maybe better lighting and security cameras would help. Thanks, Aaron Perry

Usually I'm don't usually complain about the police department as you all do amazing work around the city. But this morning had to be the most terrifying thing I've encountered. At about 6:45am I'm getting ready to take my dog out, and whenever I take her out before daylight I'm always aware of my surroundings, as I'm always afraid something is going to happen, and in this city you never know. I open the door to go out and noticed my dog is a little more anxious than usually. An out of the corner of my eye I notice this man in all black coming up from behind my house in my yard, and between my car and the neighbors fence doesn't say one word to me as noted it was dark out. Now at this point being in dark clothing and in my yard, I literally thought I was going to have a panic attack cause i had no idea who it was and hurried my dog back inside. Had literally no idea this dude was a police officer as he didn't say a word to me and on that side of the house you can't see his patrol car. So when I go back in and calm myself down, I look out the window towards the other side of my house and notice his patrol car. I don't mind the police being in my yard for whatever reason but at least they could of done was said something when I walked out. Is this standard for you to be in someones yard and not announce yourself? I dont know cause I'm not a police officer. But it would have been great to know as they literally scared me. Foliage growth into the West side of Browncliff is blocking sight lines, especially around the curve. This road is used often by runners running against traffic and it can be difficult for them to see cars / cars to see them.

Driver operates this vehicle while it is full to the brim with garbage. He is unable to see behind him effectively enough to avoid hitting things when he backs up. He hit a car at my house a second time because of his inability to see out of the windows in his vehicle. Please help!

there customers using the handicap parking in front ,without plate or windshield tag. those are needed for disabled customers. been a daily problem for long time.
