Not really graffiti but I was not sure what category to select. I am curious about the laws regarding posting advertisements on signs and other surfaces around the city. Is it allowed? Is the Poster required to come back and remove the sign after the event date has passed?

The railroad bridge on 11th Street and Fairview is disgusting. Looks like the ghetto on an inner city. I am pretty sure that is why I cannot rent my house out because they have been telling me exactly that. It looks like a shit area!!! A walk to the neighborhood park through that Ghetto Gateway is not desirable!!! Call the railroad and make them clean up their property!! Advocate for your residents!!!!!!!

So the 4th St. garage barrage has yet to stop. Here I am standing atop this structure, howling at the moon like any feral Indiana Kat does, and I see the ease with which someone could make themselves flat as a pancake here in this town I love. Look at that ledge: if it is bar height should it be well to have a rail?
