A pine tree at the house on the northwest corner of the intersection at E Maxwell Lane and Woodlawn (likely 1005) is blocking the view of the stop sign as you approach from the east on Maxwell Lane. Drivers can't see the sign until only a a car-length or 2 away.

This Ditch Witch machine on a trailer has been carelessly left obstructing the entire lane of traffic on Southdowns just west of Hawthorne. Traffic is driving into the bicycle and pedestrian path with blatant disregard for those using the path. It is very dangerous and this company that left its trailer in the road should be fined a significant amount. Someone could very easily get seriously injured with this setup.

Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.

Overgrown vegetation on north side of E First is blocking sidewalk. NOTE: apparently someone else reported this same problem on 5/24 in ticket #183948. The city closed the case on 5/26 with a Notice of Violation but nothing has happened yet to make the sidewalk passable.
