Curb has disintegrated over the years. As people turn from Jackson st onto Smith Ave they are driving onto my property due to there being a lack of boundary between the road and my back yard. My property is 606 W. Howe Street and the issue is the the backyard where it boarders Smith Ave. My husband and I would really appreciate it if this curb could be rebuilt to prevent further damage. Line of sight blocked due to weed overgrowth from Euclid street to this address. You cannot see cars/semi trucks coming down the hill!

Hello, I am filing this report to follow up on open case #181958 regarding "Cross-traffic does not stop" indication signs to be added to the West- and East-facing stop signs. I would like to see this report acted upon as there have been more collisions and near-misses since I originally reported this intersection and as a nearby resident, it would reduce the extra noise (honking, collision sounds, yelling, etc) off an already very busy/noisy street, and I worry for the safety of drivers, especially those unfamiliar with this unique intersection that are most at risk for causing an accident to occur. Thank you for your consideration in this important matter, and I hope my remarks are helpful as you move forward to a solution.
The street view is fully obstructed by weeds at the intersection of Euclid and 2nd street. When going South on Euclid and attempting to make a left hand turn (east) on 2nd, you cannot see oncoming traffic to your left due to vegetation between the sidewalk and the road. I have almost gotten in an accident twice at this intersection due to pulling out and jot seeing an oncoming car which was blocked by the weeds. This is especially a problem for cars versus trucks due to the height.
Poor/horrible visibility at the intersection of 4th and Jackson streets. If you are traveling on Jackson and needing to turn on 4th or cross 4th - you have to pull 1/2 way into the road to see around parked cars. I've witnessed several near accidents. Recommending a 4 way stop at this intersection.
