Across the corner of Ralston and Rockport, on the street, the road is very dirty and full of debris. Including a needle and some type of car part (see picture). Please come clean this side of the street.

Street light out at 808 W Coolidge Dr
West Cherokee drive is in extremely poor condition due to snow and ice.
Street light at North end of Bryan street (at the dead end, just North of W Coolidge Dr intersection) is not working.
Stuck on in the 'stop traffic' position
The pedestrian blinking light for the trail on Country Club Drive between Walnut and Rogers is stuck on. I went through it twice between 7:45pm and 8:15pm on Sunday 10/21, and it was still on.
On the southbound side of Rogers Street, just north of Chambers Drive
West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not.
