Sanitation Employee noticed a large amount of trash placed in the City "green" trash barrels placed in the downtown area. It appears that residents, Bobby Hazan & Mark Sider in Apt. 11 are utilizing the city's green barrels for personal use.
dumpster area is very gross.
Flashing sign at Roots
Restripping of Sixth St. between Walnut and Washington has resulted in the elimination of six parking spaces. Don Porter has advised her that this is due to compliance with the State Ordinance and that Transit had requested easier clearance when turning right off of Walnut onto Sixth. ( see letter)
A citizen stated that a commerical property next to 122 E. 6th Street piled trash up next to the sidewalk prior to moving out.
Illegal banner at Workingmens/ONB Bank.
Other/recycling: Did not realize the sorting of recyclables. I explained process, sent her brochure. She will sort - can someone please pick up Wednesday. ddh
