Semi truck parked in 7-line in front of the health department seemed to think he was doing me a favor by only blocking one lane. Large man sized hold with no cover, on the left hand side, going towards Washington. Older woman fell into the hole and had to go to hospital her. Her back is now sore from the fall.

The cars at this rental property (off 8th st) are consistently squeezing as many cars in the "parking" spot as they can which inevitably means they park on the sidewalk. I have called the rental property company and they have clearly neglected to do anything about it. A traffic cop should drop some tickets on these guys

The traffic lights for eastbound traffic on 7th St between College Ave and Walnut Street are out-of-sync. Traffic is being held at both lights which does not allow traffic to clear both intersections.
