Resident called in and asked that she please be able to redo the trash and have it picked up this week as she will be out of town next week and unable to put it out. I advised resident that we could do one courtesy pickup since we would be in the area.
This is the fourth time resident has been written up recently for failure to provide tags on trash.
Caller said there are weeds and excessive growth on this property. Also blocks the line of sight.

owner appears to be dumping trash in yard, citizen concerned both about owner (He may need assistance) and trash (dispersing into other yards, attracting rodents)
bags of trash in back yard, may not be visible from the street

excessive growth, yard not mowed, brush pile untended.
Lois complains of trash piled up on the side of the house. Lois believes the unattached building next to the house is also filled with garbage.
