A black Lab is being tied up on a short cord wrapped around a tree with no water in the heat at 3248 Southern Oaks Drive 47401. The dog is barking nonstop and clearly in distress. This happens often, but this is the first time I’m reporting it. Please help him. Thank you.
Woman living in an RV in the back yard is operating an open air cat kennel without a permit. She also provides food, water or shelter to a colony of feral cats without being registered with the City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control Department or its designee. There are 3 walk in cages housing cats in the back yard. I have a video illustrating this if you will contact me I can share it. 3120 East Goodnight Way, dog owners keep dog on a tiny balcony with no shelter, food, or water in all weather. It is often visibly and audibly in distress. I'm unsure of the apt number but it is the top floor, road side of the building, on the right as you look from the road. On the left hand side of the open stairway/hallway area.
We have a skunk in the neighborhood who is injured with a plastic ring around it's neck. It drinks from a bowl of water on our porch, which we've found bloody the past several weeks. We finally saw the skunk at night and discovered the plastic ring around it's neck. Can a live trap be set?
There is a dog which appears to be in need of food and water - pacing inside a fence on the east side of S. Henderson St. between Thornton and Moody. The dog has been doing it for several hours. Thank you.
