The concrete apron, on the rails to trails Bridge, located 1.5 miles from Tapp Head, has an abrupt raised edge (peaks at 1.25") If someone could reduce the impact zone, I think that would be less of a liability for all who traverse. Lime e-scooters have been dumped, partially in the street near the intersection of Etter Drive and Stephens in the Eastern Heights addition. This have been unused, and are certainly unwanted, and need to be removed from the street, and not placed on anyone's private property. Thank You.

Per the city of Bloomington's electric scooter guidelines "Park the scooter in a bike rack or in another lawful spot on public property that does not block the right-of-way, limit access for individuals with disabilities, risk damaging private or public property, or jeopardize public safety."
