Once again Street Department is repaving roads with barely any milling work done, this time on South Washington. Milling down 1' strips less than .5" at the curb and not milling at all in the middle of the road. The "repaving" here is just piling up over an inch of fresh asphalt on top of un-milled asphalt. This raises the grade of the road, which also means curbs are now effectively lower and storm drains that should be at grade are now sitting in a pit of asphalt.

Followup on 207235 The response I got was: Thank you for submitting information to us via uReport.  We value your input and hope that we will be able to address your questions and concerns. In accordance with Bloomington Municipal Code 6.07.010 (a), a property owner gets 24 hours after the snow or ice has ceased to fall or in any way accumulate to remove it before we can issue a violation.  In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property. No, that post about how "they" don't clear on Saturday and Sunday was talking about the CITY clearing ROADS (not residents shoveling sidewalks). I'm sorry that was not clear. I don't think it's correct, just an exaggeration, that "they" don't plow snow on weekends. Please confirm that the City plows on weekends. (I think you do, but i could not swear to it in court.) Florida was just supported by the Supreme Court about keeping the likes of the rainbow fagit Pedophile, child grooming. Transgender trash away from the children versus setting the table for the feast of the sick trash as like that you supported and switchyard park a few years ago. I'm just curious. Is there any chance that you may do the same thing to keep the kids safe versus supporting that sick crap

What is going on at the City owned property on S. Walnut Street by the public safety training center that large equipment is running at 8:47pm? Last night they were going after 9pm. Why is the City operating heavy equipment at these late hours?

There is a person living in their car on 300 w kirkwood by the frame store. They have been there for about 2-3 weeks now. Vehicle is a silver Volkswagen sedan. Can the city have this person move along or tow the vehicle? Definitely an eye sore out of my apartment.

Unable to use this sidewalk because of multiple bicycles, clothing items, and trash blocking the sidewalk. Items are falling below onto 3rd street as well which presents a hazard to passing vehicles.

Behind the Bloomington Antique Mall on the B-Line Trail an old homeless lady loudly screams for hours. She sits on a bench on the trail and screams almost every single day, various times of the day. She will scream at pedestrians on the trail.
