Who would I contact about working with the Movies in the Park program for 2016? I am an archivist at the Black Film Center/Archive at IU and our staff is interested in learning more about how we could become involved with the city to program a film featuring African American artists. The concrete apron, on the rails to trails Bridge, located 1.5 miles from Tapp Head, has an abrupt raised edge (peaks at 1.25") If someone could reduce the impact zone, I think that would be less of a liability for all who traverse.
