Multiple cars are parked on the wrong side of the street in a residential area as well as a U-Haul parked on the sidewalk blocking the side walk. This makes it incredibly hard to get through the street when cars are parked on both sides.
The house at the SE corner of Howe and Rogers consistently has vehicles parked on the sidewalk. This is an ONGOING problem that requires ONGOING enforcement
A City/Lime bicycle has been parked on the sidewalk at the corner of Stands & Ashwood Drives for about three weeks.
Every school day, multiple cars park along 2nd street in front of Binford school. Other cars are backed up from the parking lot. They block part of the street while doing this, and they make it dangerous to put onto the street and to drive through the area. Please do not allow them to park partially in the street or in areas that are not parking spots.
Everyday from 3:35-4:00 people park in front the buildings along 2nd St near the elementary schools and they partially block the street. There is no parking in this area. In addition, it makes it very difficult to see to pull out of buildings along this street. Please send an officer to assist with informing these individual that they cannot park in these areas.

See case #183515. The problem still exists. The vehicle is there now. Please ask parking officer to drive by periodically and see that this vehicle (which I am told does not have a permit and, as the Code reads, it does not meet the criteria to have one) is regularly parked on the street, blocking lines of sight for traffic, etc.
This unlicensed vehicle has been parked at the intersection of south College and Orchard Lane. Unknown owner. Is dangerous due to blocking view as you come around corner.
