2nd day in a row the owners of 813 W Kirkwood have directed a tree removal service to park in, and block off, the alleyway. Yesterday, they occupied the entire length of the alley, cutting off every driveway and blocking everyone in. Today, after seeing they intended to drive heavy equipment over my yard to access 813, I told them not to, and they proceeded to anyway. Business is Anthony's Lawn Care, 812-929-9463.

Hi! I am requesting parking lines be drawn in the parking area on 4th Street in front of 511 W 4th St. There is room for 5 cars to park comfortably and safely in this area. Frequently, people park incorrectly in this area, taking up multiple spots and limited the number of cars that can park in the area. I operate a business at 511 W 4th Street, Suite #2. We are a small PR firm that employs 20 people in Bloomington. We own the office space at 511 W 4th Suite 2. We would love to be able to maximize this convenient parking area for our employees by having parking lines drawn.
Caller put $4 worth of quarters in meter #7116, on 4th St. across from Rainbow Bakery. Toyota Avalon is parked there. None of the coins registered in the meter, and caller does not want to get a parking ticket during her 3-hour meeting.
There is an abandoned car at the intersection of W 4th St and Maple. It is a red 4-door Volkswagen with a rack on top and out of state plates. It has at least 1 flat tire and has been there for at least 3 weeks. Thank you!

Madison street, there is a red suv with no license plate that has been parked at the same meter spot for approximately the last month.It does appear to have parking tickets on the windshield.It’s parked at the first meter parking spot on 200 south Madison. Woman living in car outside framemakers - not paying parking meter and area around car covered in trash. Wakes up local residents in the middle of the night screaming profanities. Not sure why the city is allowing this behavior. Attempted to call the mayors office but they have stopped responding to calls.
