There is an abandoned red car (plate TJS430) on the south side of 6th St near Adams. It has been parked without moving for over a month with people sleeping in it at regular intervals.
A maroon car has been parked on 6th street for well over a month and unhoused people sleep in it sometimes. Parking enforcement put a ticket on it the other day and someone simply removed the ticket and seemed to throw it away. Neighborhood are concerned for their safety as it seems associated with a shed with no plumbing occupied behind the house at the corner across the street. The car's plate is tjs430

Truck on parked Washington completely blocking Driscoll. Cars turning onto Driscoll blocked. Asked truck owner to please move. His response was "F... you, call a cop !"
A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th. I teach classes at the John Waldron Arts Center for Ivy Tech. Each class is approximately 3 hours long since it is a studio art class. My student said there is a 2 hour limit on the parking meters on Walnut street which means she needs to leave during class time to move her car to another meter. This has never been an issue before. Why is it now?
