Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: Cars are parked on the sidewalk forcing me to walk in the street with my 3 year old son. Cars come off of Rogers onto Coolidge and can't see us. Can the city send someone out to ticket them BEFORE a pedestrian gets hit buy a car coming off Rogers because we have to walk in the street since this house ALWAYS blocks the sidewalk?
