Other: The people who live in this house constantly have several cars parked outside on the street. Sometimes they park on both sides of the road, making it nearly impassible. They also often park almost all the way up to the stop sign because there are no yellow lines or No Parking signs. It makes it very dangerous for cars pulling off of or onto Rogers.
