There is a couple living in this camper, you can even see the cable connecting power to the house right next to ours, not sure of address. The owner of the home it’s parked in front of has no idea what’s happening or if they are going to be there for an extended period of time.
Cars parked in driveway block sidewalk, pedestrians have to exit sidewalk into the roadway to walk around obstruction. Motorists speeding on Maxwell lane make this very dangerous.

Wrecked and abandoned green Honda has been parked along the north side of 12th St that weeds are growing up through the road around it. The plate sticker is 2019. Junk car needs to be removed.
The problem is parking on the south side of East Maxwell Drive. Cars are either parking on the street or half on the street and half on the grass. The lack of signage is possibly causing the problem. The North side of Maxwell is clearly marked and with some zone parking. This south side becomes a problem with heavy traffic and the cars are parking on the street. So is it permissible or not? I live at 1502 W 12th Street and there is a silver Pontiac Grand Prix out front that belongs to the people who lived at my address before me, I was told I needed to contact the city to have it removed, it appears to have been abandoned. It's taking up too much space and my wife's and my own family don't have anywhere to park when they come visit. Thank you.
I rec'd a parking ticket today and I want you to know why. I am not appealing it. First time users are at a loss when using the credit card. there should be easy to follow prompts on the screen, and posted somewhere close instructions as to how to use it. I thought I had 3 hrs, turned out I didn't. Procedures should be clear enough that this doesn't happen.
Everyday fire hydrant is blocked at 14th and Oolitic, informed car owner of laws and he said I have no where else to park and said 15 feet wasn’t an Indiana law.
I received a parking ticket when I visited the city stating I was parked in a "resident parking only" zone. I had to search the area to find the sign indicating this restriction, as it was totally obscured by tree branches/leaves, and I was not parked directly under the sign. Not sure how out of town visitors are supposed to follow the parking restrictions when they are not posted in observable manner. I believe this ticket should be forgiven, as no one who parked there would have seen the sign.
