There is a car parked in the street without a license plate and a flat tire. This car has been there for days, appears to be abandoned and doesn’t belong to any nearby neighbors that I am aware of.
A pickup with temporary plates, now expired #483A445 has been alternately parked here, in front of 1203 and the corner house on adams since the temporary plates were put on about a month ago. The plates expired June 10, and the vehicle seems to be on blocks presumably preventing rolling.
There is a very damaged car parked in front of our house for about a month and a half now. Not only is the car parked and has not moved, but it’s too close to the stop sign on the corner of 16th and Washington and is parked in the yellow. License plate is 914NMA.

A charcoal Grey Jeep Cherokee Indiana License plate # UP5372 has been parked in front of our house for months. It has not moved. It looks like an expensive car, so abandoned for the summer by a foreign student? Isn't there a time limit on parking spaces?
Our neighbor continues to park on an unimproved surface. We have reported this before and they continue doing this. This photo was taken this morning Saturday October 10, 2020 around 8 am. A resident of 703 W Sixth St routinely parks her car facing the wrong way in front of her apartment house. The car, a small grey Ford, is often left this way overnight. License plate - 223LI.
The side yard has been filled in with gravel to create another driveway cut and parking. Often cars are parked across the cul de sac instead of along the curb. This makes it difficult to navigate the cul de sac.
Continued parking in yard. No improvement or changes since last complaint.
