Web Form: Hi, I tried calling but never heard back about this issue. On June 17th I parked at a meter across from the Bloomington Bagel Company. I had an appointment in the Child Support Courts at 9:45 so I got there about 9:30, put my card in the meter, I thought I put in for an hour and then left just before 10:30. I rarely park downtown and normally use changes so I wasn't exactly sure how the meters worked. I even hit the cancel before I left but it did nothing. When I checked my statement I had been charged 10.00. Is there a way to prove how much time I was there so that I am only charged for the actual time I was there? Again, I tried calling Amy (who I was told handled such issues), but I have yet to hear back.
Due to unknown contact and conversations with controller's office unknown how this was resolved.
