We looked into this issue and it appears it is a problem with Yahoo email - I shared the information with Jolene and asked her to email me at my work email should she have any additional questions.

Hi Jolene, We looked into this issue and it appears that it is related to your Yahoo email. Here is the information we found: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN24016.html?guccounter=1 Here is what our Systems Administrator shared: "Yahoo's DMARC policy will not allow unauthenticated messages to go into transit, so if you are using some kind of non-official app or a 3rd party relay service it may have been rejected."
