coins stuck. could only use my credit card. this costs extra. too many meters with this problem. so I'm starting to document each time I get one. this is 3 out of 5 parking attempts have I had to use my credit card cuz there's coins stuck in the coin. I don't know if it means it's full of corns whether there's a different problem.

There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

Vehicle that blocked alleyway/access road reported earlier between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, and East 3rd Street and East 4th Street is no longer blocking the road. Didn't have a way to "update" my previous report.
