Abandoned vehicle parked facing south on Fairview St. This vehicle has been parked on the cross section of W. 6th St. & Fairview St. for approximately 7 days which during that time has not moved. Red Pontiac grand pr flat tire has been outside 1411 west illinois for almost a yr now and has not moved.
Paint on the ceiling to the entrance of the parking garage seems to be peeling off.

There is a Heartland Tower Solutions LLC work truck with trailer and excavator that parks between 3641 and 3637 Tamarron Drive every Friday and moves Monday morning. The City street should not be a place for them to store their equipment over the weekend.
Meter missing at handicap space.
A big, white delivery van parks here often. It leaks oil and has created an oil patch on the street out front.
Both Trades District Garage and 4th Street Garage charging do not work. Several business owners from out of town visited with their EVs and could not charge their vehicles while visiting downtown Bloomington. Our next meeting is in two weeks. Can you resolve this problem? I talked to EV Connect, and they stated there is nothing wrong with the hardware and the maintenance is a policy put in place by the City.
