The red Chevy truck with the flat bed has been parked for over a year with a flat tire. It does not appear to be operable. Behind the truck is a boat trailer with scrap lumber and shingles piled on it. The property is at the south west corner of N. Adams Street and W. 7th Street. The property is owned by Dustin Sullivan, 2912 State Ferry Road, Solsberry, IN.
Abandoned vehicle parked facing south on Fairview St. This vehicle has been parked on the cross section of W. 6th St. & Fairview St. for approximately 7 days which during that time has not moved. Red Pontiac grand pr flat tire has been outside 1411 west illinois for almost a yr now and has not moved.
Paint on the ceiling to the entrance of the parking garage seems to be peeling off.
These new flower beds are filled with rain water and if they freeze they may damage the plastic liner inside. They may need some holes drilled in them before the soil is added.
A big, white delivery van parks here often. It leaks oil and has created an oil patch on the street out front.

Received a complaint from a citizen that people are parking diagonally in the parallel spaces on Dunn Street at the SE corner of Dunn and 15th. There are three parallel parking spaces provided on this East side of Dunn Street. People are angle parking here to park more vehicles. This makes it difficult to turn from 15th onto Dunn as the rear end of the vehicles are in the Northbound travel lane.
Blue Honda van with Indiana plates 374SAL is parked in yellow zone on West 7th St just west of Maple. Obstructing visibility for cars traveling South on Maple while crossing intersection.
The elevator has been out of service for three weeks as of last Saturday. It would be helpful if a notice could be placed at the entrance to the garage itself in addition to the elevator doors, so that someone who can't manage stairs will know the elevator isn't available.
