They often park on the side of the road in the easement and in front of the mailbox on Hopewell Street, blocking access to the mailbox. They also park on the corner of 8th and Hopewell Streets making it difficult to see traffic turning onto Hopewell and it makes it hard to see when turning onto 8th St. There are big, muddy ruts in the easement along side this property from where they park there. There are often 3-4 vehicles parked there at any given time.

People from this address continue to park in the easement on Habitat Street making it difficult to turn from Habitat Street onto 8th and from 8th onto Habitat Street. This is not a parking location and there is plenty of parking on 8th Street!

The red Chrysler in the image has repeatedly been parking illegally on the yellow curb in front of our unit for months. We have left notes and tried to be cordial, but they continue to do so and it has blocked the trash truck/delivery trucks from being able to come down our street on occasion. Additionally, it makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood. There is plenty of other legal street/guest parking nearby or directly across the street. Car parked in Whittington Commons on Allen Street has sat for 3+ months and is blocking the mailboxes. The license plate begins with AIFxxx. The car is a burgundy sedan with a busted driver’s window that has been bagged and tapped. It blocks parking and is hazardous as well as an eyesore.

I've tried getting to the City of Bloomington phone app to work and report this, but can't get it to function correctly. This pick-up has been parked in the yellow at the intersection of 6th & Waldron for at least 2 months. It is partially blocking the road and makes negotiating the turn difficult and dangerous in inclimate weather especially. It now has a flat tire and very expired plates.
