The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

Traffic headed south on Washington is no longer forced to stop. Street parking on the northwest corner of the intersection makes it dangerous for cross traffic to pull through the intersection on 6th. There are bound to be accidents.

Homeowner at 1127 W 7th St currently has three vehicles parked in the alley that runs parallel to 6th/7th Sts. The alley has been blocked for a week.

One of the vehicles referenced in the 12/13/16 report on this location is still there. Another vehicle is now present. A person had been living in the vehicle, stating that she had been given permission to park/live there from the homeowner at 1127 W 7th St. The police removed the individual but said they could not do anything about the car. Assistance in the removal of both cars would be appreciated.
