Several parking meters in front of our business are not working due to damage (they are not even installed) - this causes nearby tenants to park in these spots "free" for many days in a row, leaving nowhere for our customers to park. I would like to lodge a complaint about the process for renewing a visitor parking permit. We have lived at the same house since 2005 and have applied for a permit every year. Nothing, apart from our age, has changed. Why does the process have to be so onerous and annoying when every detail has remained the same? All we need to do is pay! Please consider streamlining this infuriating process. Thank you.

7-8 cars are routinely parked at the SE corner of Washington and Dodds. The cars are parked very close to the corner, and residents place an orange cone in the street to "reserve" their parking spot.
