Why is parking allowed do close to the intersection at 16th & Lincoln. There is an old abandoned car there with a tarp on it that this person is using city property to store his vehicle on. Why does he get special treatment? This has been going on for years.

Dominoes delivery drivers park along the yellow curb in a lane of traffic, blocking traffic from pulling up to the stop sign. There is a no parking, fire lane sign too.

MONDAY, MAY 18, IT IS POURING RAIN. THERE IS A HANDICAP PARKING SPACE AT THE CORNER OF KIRKWOOD AND WASHINGTON. THE STREET AND THE SIDEWALK ARE FLOODED. THERE IS NO PARKING METER. INSTEAD THERE IS A HARD-TO-READ SIGN ON A POST, DETAILING HOW TO PAY FOR SAID PARKING SPACE. REALLY? HOW IS A HANDICAPPED PERSON EXPECTED TO EXIT A VEHICLE IN POURING RAIN, NAVIGATE A FLOODED STREET AND SIDEWALK, HOLD AN UMBRELLA IN ONE HAND, AND SIMULTANEOUSLY INPUT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION INTO THEIR PHONE? SERIOUSLY? IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH EASIER AND SAFER TO USE A PARKING METER. HOW ABOUT INSTALLING A PARKING METER SO HANDICAP FOLKS GOING TO THE BUSKIRK-CHUMLEY THEATRE AREN'T RISKING LIFE AND LIMB JUST SO THE CITY CAN GET A COUPLE OF MORE BUCKS? BETTER YET, WHY NOT MAKE THE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES FREE??? I WELCOME A RESPONSE. OF ANY KIND. SOONER RATHER THAN LATER. POSSIBLE? THANKS. WILLY LEDÓN

This residence always has an abundance of cars parked on the street. This weekend they were parked informing of our mail box also parked to the stop sign. This winter they were unable to plow our road because of the car situation. Our elderly neighbor was unable to back out of her drive way. For the past few month since moving in they play their music so loud it rattles our windows and shakes our house. Yesterday the music started at 1pm and didn’t end until the early hours of the morning. Even after the police came and asked them to turn it down. Playing songs saying “Stick you fist in my Pu**y at high volume while there are families walking and riding bikes is not what our neighborhood signed up for. This has been going on for months as stated before.
