The parking on this street is at a premium due to the 9 unit apartment complex it is parked in front of. There are 2 abandoned cars on this street (see also Service Request ID: 212068). This house was recently bought by Malibu Sober living. They keep filling a trailer with appliances and other trash and just moving it to different spots in the neighborhood. Its blocking part of the sidewalk

There’s a cop in front of this suv that’s been on the street for MONTHS with no tag!!! You continue to ticket it but not tow it ?!?!?!? They are actively paving as we speak!!! Tow this vehicle!!!!!

Unpacked on the north/south street Between Morton and Madison on Friday 6/26. In that area small rectangular signs about 10x12 are posted about 8 ft high sporadically along the street. 3 parking spots away from me. I didn’t notice any signs so I parked there and received a $40 ticket. That is extremely disappointing considering I was visiting Upland and Bloomington from out of town. This is a poor way to encourage visitors to come to town and support local businesses. Very aggravating. I grew up in Bloomington and am disappointed to have this when I returned for a visit.
