Seriously City of Bloomington ? You've put in meters and on top of 25cents an hour and parking ticket REVENUE, you are also requiring the user / city resident / visitor to pay YOUR credit card transaction fee. Really ? Please name me one downtown merchant that requires the customer to pay this fee. Ridiculous. I will be shopping / eating / recreating elsewhere. Not downtown Bloomington. This sidewalk is often blocked but today it was so bad i had to walk in the street (I'm in the street in the attached photo). Some other parking situation needs to be figured out at the surplus store because there's absolutely no way someone with mobility issues could navigate that most of the time.
