Lamp post 134 on B-Line Trail appears to be out. This is a high-priority public safety issue as there have been assaults on this part of the trail recently.

B-line trail lights 83, 79, 22 and 12 are either off or very weak. I observed these around Oct. 1, 2022. My notes also say J223 is off but I can't recall where that is (could be typo in my notes). Thanks much.

Tree located at street edge at 621 S Pleasant Ridge Rd, 47401, appears to be dead and often sheds branches in narrow street.

There is a large tree down across the trail connecting S Basswood Drive and the Twin Lakes Sports Park parking area. I understand the trail may or may not be "official", but it is a well utilized connection by the community regardless and the trail is in good shape besides this downed tree. I was wondering if parks would be able to cut it up to clear the trail as our run club may be utilizing this trail for our route in March? Approximate location of downed tree shown on attached map. Two street trees near the intersection of Eastgate Lane and SR 46 are dead and leaning toward the road.

Broken tree overhanging path. Located along left side of paved path when walking north from the parking lot, past the strength machines, kind of across from the pitching warmup area.

Aggressive homeless people near children's playground. Lets just say some men were exposing themselves. Homeless camp with 4-5 tents. Also they were chopping down trees and burning.

Dangerous issue RESOLVED by staff: GREAT JOB and FAST ACTION I had reported a precarious large limb overhanging the trail and when I was walking today I saw it has been dislodged and moved to safety. Great job to all involved! Thank you!!
