Another issue with the b line trail and homelessness living under the bridge is the lack of mask wearing in such close proximity.
3 times riding within the week encountered theater psychotic individuals in the middle of the path that created a bottle neck of sorts with getting around them.
Truly sad that individuals are in this situation. Love seeing the families and people of all ages using the switchyard and b line trail.

Please start providing fair of the arts at Saturday market again. It’s really hard for working families to go during the week. It was part of the Bloomington vibe that made the market special. Please bring it back, it is widely missed!

While playing at the Lion's Den and Lower Cascades playgrounds, I've encountered employees smoking on the playground premises while children are present. They are the cleanup crew who care for the restrooms and trash. While I don't care about their habits or what they do with their break time, playgrounds are supposed to be a smoke free zone, and especially while kids are there.

Hello,
I use the B-Line nearly everyday and have for the past year living while in Bloomington. I have noticed over the course of this summer parts of the line’s gravel running path have become overgrown with grass and tree branches, as well as having been filled by regular dirt. Many people who use the trail for this purpose, myself included, have resorted to running on the concrete. This is a high impact surface which causes pain in joints, especially in the feet and legs. Also, there are many bikers on the trail and the running path allows for myself and others to be out of the way. Resolving this problem will be very much beneficial to those in the community who use the B-Line trail for daily exercise. Thank you.

We've got a few neighborhood folk wanting to convert multi use low maintenance green space in park ridge east to dirty expensive and exclusive use dog park for a minority of local residents. Please make sure this idea goes nowhere. Ample options exist for dog owners without destroying one of the city's best small neighborhood model parks.

The steps from this bridge look like they are not safe. This would not be apparent if you were coming from the north part of the park to the trail south by the creek.

My understanding is the City FINALLY was going to open Cascades road back up for some road traffic from the South. Took my family in the car today. Nope. When is this happening? Why is a park in the city harder to get to than the area lakes? Why do you make an awesome resource difficult to access to people like my family and kids? We waste our time, gas, and pollute the environment to travel extra miles and cut through pedestrian presence on the golf course why exactly? Open the road up. City parks should be accessible and open to the whole public without an obstacle course. So sick of these antics.

People are camping at lower cascades as well as along the gravel area off of That Road which may be a county issue. However, the campers are spilling into the trail area. It is also starting to smell of sewage in this area as there has been a blue tent on the cliff above the trail for some time. This just off clear creek
