Poop in the dogpark. Several months ago both the supply of bags and the container for used bags were moved from within the dog fields themselves to an area within the double gate entry area. Perhaps this was an attempt at efficency but it has had a sigificanlty adverse affect on the conditions in the park itself with much more poop being left on the ground and more full bags being left scattered around the park. Yesterday I picked up 11 full bags left out in the field and this is not uncommon. Both the bags and the refuse containers need to be returned to their original spots to turn this trend around. The fountain drain in front of city hall appears clogged. Gross dirty water is filling the spiral end of the fountain, where the drain is.

I made a report asking whether the trees on east smith street near our building location are property of the city. The case #198643 . I didn't leave any contact information, so I was reaching out to include it.

We (staff) are unsure if the trees on E Smith St (near the property location 401 S Washington St) are the city property or if they belong to us. Would you be able to tell me who they belong to? If they are the property of the city, could I schedule to get them trimmed? I was notified that there has to be 3ft clearance between the tree limbs and the property.

leaving the City Hall parking lot by the SW ramp to the B-line (just south of the fence), there is a heave of sidewalk on the ramp, demonstrated in the attached pictures. It is significant enough to cause a County Commissioner to fall on Friday and create an avulsion fracture of her finger! (I cannot tell if the photos loaded, so you may have double copies.)

The fees for food vendors are too high and are driving vendors away from the market. That also means that the market is less interesting to patrons. The local food vendors are important to those who come. Please lower these fees.

Please do away with the percent fee system for food and beverage vendors at the farmers market. It's not fair for them to have a different rate than the farmers and they bring lots of customers to the market, in addition to adding a large variety of food choices.
