Thick dirt and mud for twenty feet blocks safe passage of sidewalk. Especially nasty when wet. Inconvenience and hazard to walkers, joggers and strollers.
The overgrowth at 913 W. 11th St is obscuring the view for drivers turning from Orris Dr to W. 11th Street t the point where a driver has to pull the nose of his/her car all the way out onto 11th St to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this could cause accidents with other cars, school busses going to/from Tri-North, or pedestrians crossing on the sidewalk.

The sidewalk along E Azalea continues to be covered with leaves, scrub brush and a fallen tree. This is alongside Winslow Woods. I reported this six weeks ago. Everyone in our neighborhood has to walk in the street along this city owned sidewalk. I've got a good photo that I'm unable to include with this ticket as it blows the photo up to just some giant leaves rather than showing the obstructed sidewalk.
Re case # 164723 (Supposedly resoled) Grass has been cut. Absolutely correct. But how about the E First sidewalk towards Rose? I do not see any improvement there. Low-hanging branches hitting me in the face and arms. Also, another problem has arisen: corner of Eastside and E First: long vegetation is starting to impair the view to the left where cars may be coming out of nothing from E First. There are 3 locations along the north side of 10th st between Walnut and Dunn where vegetation is overhanging the sidewalk and making it hard to use the sidewalk.
