You guys ever gonna trim these bushes growing over sidewalk or you just gonna wait until someone gets mugged or hit by a bike? Literally in a heavily used and seen area. You guys lacking employees or something?
Sidewalk blocked by trees etc.
Large bush growing in the chain link fence between sidewalk and Carlisle property is blocking the sight line for drivers stopped at the Weatherstone stop sign for turn onto Woodlawn, cannot see oncoming traffic as it comes over the hill between Grimes and Weatherstone. Please see if that bush could be cut back or removed.
The sidewalk on the north side of Maxwell just west of Hawthorne (intersection of Maxwell & Hawthorne) is so overgrown with foliage that it's hard to walk by. It's probably not even 3-4 feet of clearance to get under.
drainage pipe from eaves is partially extending into sidewalk and constitutes a trip hazard especially at night; this area has heavy pedestrian traffic
Dear all, I am writing you finally since I have been unhappy with the situtation of E Matlock Rd since we moved there around 15 years ago. The road should have a side walk on one side that goes all the way to the IU golf course (sure it would be great to have sidewalks or bikelane to Griffy Lake). But let's start small. Many people cross the bypass and go running, biking and walking in the area. Since they just come from the bypass the cars are often back to speed up again or come from the end of the street and speed up the hill. A lane for bikes and pedestrians or only pedestrians would at least protect them from always to watch every second. If out of a reason this sidewalk would not be an option please look into some speedbumps (maybe 2) on the street or at least one. People either race up the hill or down and it would be great to slow them down. It is a 30 zone but many drive 50m/h. Please let me know if there are talks about slowing down this street or putting in a sidewalk. thanks, Concerned citizen of Bloomington, Heike Meya

Hello. We received notice that our street is looking at a traffic calming preapplication. It appears criteria include items such as police reports. Though that sort of data is important please please consider that reality is beyond just what the data paint. We pushed two cars out that drove into our yard in the snow already this week on east morningside and just now noticed another individual going much much too fast down the road while texting. Please look at the experiences of those who live on the street, complaints, maybe even photos households have, and otherwise solicit input of residents on the affected possible roads for improvements. "the bentley" on the southeast corner of 11th & college. Mud on sidewalk. Fence now blocks >75% of the sidewalk. Two trackhoes parked on the grassy median. Pedestrian accomodation must not pass through he center of a site! Site to the left of me, site to the right, here i am but where are you?
sidewalk on east side of college blocked by construction trailer just south of 11th st. 2:30pm monday. Project called "the bentley". Also whole sidewalk is in every kind of miserable condition - dirty, construction waste, construction blockades.
