Bush and tree overhang blocking path more than used to. Plus general deterioration.
Resident reports an overhanging tree that is blocking right of way as well as accumulated debris from next door neighbor in the alley directly west of the 7th and Pine intersection.
House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.
The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. There is absolutely no parking available for residents who live at 1200 W Kirkwood Ave apartments. The resident who lives in 1208 1/2 has 6 different vehicles parked on N Pine Street and has made parking impossible for anyone else who lives here. I’m reporting this here as I’m not sure of anywhere else to report this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Numerous attempts to speak with the tenant have failed.
Ongoing construction of MIL unit on Maple behind 801 W 7th no visible permits. Ignore previous u-report/wrong address. House and construction is on SOUTH side of 7th Street at Maple.

Apparently there is a plan to make the parking spot in front of my house(1 of 2) a handicap spot for the Banneker? This is what I was told by my neighbor. The Banneker has two designated spots next to their building with adjoining ramps. I was curious as to why this additional spot was necessary? Staff and visitors attending Banneker already use a good amount of the parking around the facility. I have a driveway, so it's not an issue for me, it just seems unnecessary.
