This place was lit up like a 7-11 all night! Lights in violation of city code - unshielded, visible element causing extreme glare and documented light trespass. This is disruptive to rhythms of bats and other animals, and it is a nuisance to neighbors. Irresponsible owners. Please enforce
Backing into the parking spots is not accessible. It takes too long to back into a spot and other cars honk at each other. I yelled that cars behind me had to back up, and they told me to shut the fuck up. Not conducive. Please change them back to front end parking. Please bring peace back to bloomington

3-5 cars parking in front of house on grass every day for at least two weeks. Large drive with plenty of parking beside house. It's a mystery.

There has been a fence at this intersection built that if stopped @1st and turning onto Walker St you have to be atleast 2 car lengths past sign to see traffic coming to make turn safely. Please check this out. Not even sure they had permit.
This intersection is problematic for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. There's often a queue to turn left and cars often wait an entire light cycle to do so. Because of that, drivers tend to try to go around the vehicle waiting for the left turn, which makes the intersection more dangerous for everybody. Would it be a good idea to make the leftmost lane left turn only? Also, there are pedestrian/cyclist paths on three quadrants of the intersection, but no crosswalks and no walk/wait signals.
Are there any plans to convert the narrow sidewalk on the south side of E 2nd Street between High Street and College Mall Road to a multimodal path? It would be a great option to encourage safe routes to Binford/Rogers with options for pedestrians and bicycles
My bike was stolen from this rack behind Hopscotch Coffee, which it turns out is not secured to the ground. I asked a tenant and they said Brawley Properties manages this building. If it can’t be secured it should be removed!
