Other: This intersection is problematic for drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. There's often a queue to turn left and cars often wait an entire light cycle to do so. Because of that, drivers tend to try to go around the vehicle waiting for the left turn, which makes the intersection more dangerous for everybody. Would it be a good idea to make the leftmost lane left turn only? Also, there are pedestrian/cyclist paths on three quadrants of the intersection, but no crosswalks and no walk/wait signals.
