Other: I live at Fountain Park Apartments and am constantly witnessing dangerous crossings of pedestrians on E10th St and Pete Ellis Drive. There is no crosswalk at the intersection on either side of the outlined location. I think adding a crosswalk and pedestrian crossing light at the intersection would prevent a lot of these issues.
