I witnessed a tractor-trailer wipe out a pedestrian crosswalk button as he was rounding the corner. This was across from the speesway gas station amd chick filet. busy intersection!

The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? There's a spotlight in front of the old folks home that shines into the road (east moores). the light faces east. it's very distracting/misleading driving towards it at night. I believe the light is supposed to illuminate a sign or tree.

There is a patch of sidewalk in front of 3215 E Winston St that is completely eroded to gravel/dust (see attached picture). This is a safety hazard, a nuisance, and an eyesore for those walking the sidewalk and living in the neighborhood. Anything that can be done to repair this stretch of sidewalk would be sincerely appreciated!

See case #185188. Was there any discussion about making 12th Street one-way? After football and basketball games, traffic is horrendous, and food delivery vehicles speed down the street in both directions at all hours. Ideally, you would remove on-street parking and install a protected bike lane in its place. That would give more space for two-lane car traffic. Or keep the on-street parking, add a protected bike lane, and use what is left for one-way vehicle traffic. If you make it one-way west, then the fire trucks could use it when they are hurrying to a fire. Please consider this. Seriously.

The contractors for the housing development by Bloomingfoods East are constantly using the Bfoods parking lot for staging, contractor parking, and using the access street for the same purpose. They are blocking traffic, and creating dangerous access conditions. Is this part of their traffic plan? If so, somebody in Planning needs to look closer at these plans.
