The ZBT Fraternity can be found through Google as being a fraternity house. They are on cease and desist as well as not able to operate in the neighborhood.
Illegal business in residetial neighborhood. The residence of 3954 Fenbrook Ln. have been running a retail business out their home fot several months. We have counted as many as 40 cars a day. The average is 15-20 a day. We have several familoes with small children and all this traffic makes it unsafe for them and near impossible to drive down the street. Please enforce the ordinance.
'Kieffer's Graphix' sign at the corner of S Rogers and W Patterson, in the vacant lot.
'Markdown Store' sign at the building next to building 717 S Rogers. Even though it is partially on S. Rogers, the building's address is 409 W First. The sign is on the Rogers' side.
'Markdown Store' sign at the corner of W Wylie and S Rogers.
"Grant Properties" have been putting up rental signs on ROW.
At the corner of Moore's Pike and S Valley Forge Rd: a sign, looks like in the ROW to me: 'Concrete Tune-ups'.
The vehicle that is parked in the easement on Habitat Street has been cited by traffic control, but it is still parked there and it has not been moved for more than a week. It does seem to be abandoned.
There was a collision today between a car and a bus at the intersection of 11th and Diamond Streets. The car was unable to see around the large building at the southwest corner, and pulled out in front of a fast-moving bus. A similar thing happened several years ago between two passenger vehicles which resulted in a collision with the house on the southeast corner (see picture). With the new development at Moravec Way, this intersection is getting much more use over the past few years. I would appreciate if a traffic study could be conducted to determine if some kind of traffic calming, such as a speed hump, would be appropriate to install on the west side of this intersection.
